Monica Casey is a certified fitness instructor and has designed a hooping fitness program for all fitness levels called Hoopdio (Hula Hoop Cardio). These classes are packed with cardio, stretching and strength training and currently offered throughout the NC Triad.
Monkey Hooper Birthday Parties:
