Monkey Hooper Hoops are currently available for pick up in Winston Salem, NC by appointment, on site where MH classes are being taught, or at the Mill Stone General Store in Bethania, located inside the Bethania Mill & Village Shoppes. Adult and children sized hoops can also be shipped throughout the US.

Monica Casey is a certified fitness instructor and designs each class to incorporate cardio and stretching to tone and burn fat.
